Solonos Apartment / Renovation - Interior Design - 3D Visualization
The project is located in municipality of Thessaloniki, Greece.
The client’s priority was to create a modern space that can be used for renting, but the real challenge was the insufficient light conditions inside the house, because taller buildings are surrounding the apartment and the relatively small windows.
Creating open spaces, as much as possible, and using mostly white colors, light has little obstacles and is dispersed throughout the interior, provoking the feeling of a wider space.
The main view of the apartment is facing eastwards. The interior consists of a small living room and a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room and the bedroom where designed near the main windows and light sources of the house, while the kitchen and the bathroom are occupying a less bright area of the house.
