The main purpose was to rejuvenate and modernize the old abandoned apartment, in order to create a contemporary space of living.
Modern aesthetics and minimal lines dominate the interior space of the house, alongside with pale grey and brown colors.

On the southeast side of the house, placed parallel to the main view of the apartment, are located successively the master bedroom, one smaller bedroom, as well as the living room. The living room coexists with the kitchen in the back of the house, behind of which is located the bathroom.
